This culture of Venezillo pisium was collected in South Florida, near the Everglades. This robust little Venezillo has a bluish sheen to their bodies, and thrives in high humidity. They're a unique look to most dwarf isopods kept in captivity.
Venzillo do well in tropical to temperate environments. They are not recommended for arid and will due poorly in low humidity.
