Named after the tiny, orange fruit, these tiny isopods add a bright, cute addition to any terrarium. They breed just as quickly as their grey counterparts. V. parvus do well in a moist environment with lots of decaying organic matter, and have bursts in population when a protein source is offered. A cautious species, they quickly ball up at any sign of movement, remaining in a tight ball for quite some time to ensure the danger has passed.
Venzillo do well in tropical to temperate environments. They are not recommended for arid and will due poorly in low humidity.
