The Strawberry begonia (Saxifraga stolonifera) is native to eastern Asia and often found on shaded cliffsides. Although resembling a begonia, it is in a different classification entirely. It reproduces both by seed, and sending out creeping runners that root plantlets. The strawberry begonia does well in terrariums or a weekly watering schedule and under low to medium light.
