We recommend all geckos be held at a Fedex Hub Ship Center for pickup to reduce stress and travel of the animal. This cannot be a Fedex “Office” or Fedex enabled site like Walgreens- it will be rejected. We will email you and not ship the animal until we have confirmed you are able to receive and pick the animal up from a hub.
If you need the animal delivered to your door, we require your lows to be no lower than 45F and no higher than 70F.
