The N' Joy variety of Epipremnum aureum was first discovered in 2002 near Mumbai, India and hails back to the same plants that produced the Marble Queen and Pearls N' Jade pothos, all of which are varying degrees of green and white varigation. The N' Joy was specifically cultivated to make a stronger contrast of varigation of the cream and green coloration.
