With a variegation pattern similar to Philodendron hederaceum ‘Brasil’, this Epipremnum has long been a staple amongst the most idolized and desired aureum varieties; with candy-cane stripes of minty-albo variegation patterns stretching from the petiole to the tip of the leaf. Variegation is chimeric and stable, and ‘Manjula’ actually grows at a rate essentially parallel to that of regular, green Epipremnum aureum. For propagation, a cup of water is all that’s necessary to establish a set root system; and a mid-cutting will activate its node of new growth quite quickly, within only a few weeks. ‘Manjula’ will produce surprisingly large leaves without the need for any form of support or stake, and is more than capable of overflowing a hanging basket.
