Philodendron 'Jungle Boogie'
‘The parentage of ‘Jungle Boogie’ isn’t exactly known; though it is quite well-established in the hobby. It was originally a plant meant for use in the floral industry, as accents to bouquets and other arrangements, but it became popular amongst houseplant enthusiasts and quickly became a massively beloved plant. Thick, spongy petioles taper to still thick mid-veins on narrow, serrated leaves to form a medium-large, self-heading Philodendron. Without any need for support, pre-mixed houseplant soil is more than enough to house a lovely specimen of ‘Jungle Boogie’. This plant brings an incredible charm to a collection; whether displayed on a pedestal or used as an accent plant in the background of an arrangement to add vital texture and color to a desired outcome.
