The "Ecuador" variety of
Peperomia emerginella was collected from Ecuador sometime around 2016. This plant grows tiny, hairily textured leaves and has a mat-like growth habit, thickly covering the ground. This makes it ideal for ground cover in terrariums, and makes a moss like appearance.
