A very small species tenatively identified in the Mesarmadillo genus collected from Nigeria. This larger dwarf species is a docile roommate and safe to house with amphibians and sensitive reptiles. However, they are fond of eating soft plants. They reproduce at a relatively slow rate and prefer warmer temperatures.
